We are looking for people working in cafes/restaurants/other Food & Beverage business and dealing with managing the finances (e.g. keeping an eye on what comes in and what goes out, managing finances and payments to employees).
A key requirement is that your company is using a SaaS platform for online payment processing (e.g., Treatwell, Lightspeed, Eposnow etc.) If you are not sure, examples of SaaS platforms are provided in the screener.
What can you expect?
An online 1:1 interview in which we will have a conversation about how you manage your finances and what are your daily challenges in doing so.
In the interview, we would love to learn from what tools you are using to support your financial management. So it can be that we ask you to share your screen and show us what you are using.
The interview will be recorded and treated confidentially (used for internal research and development only).
